As I started on the project I decided that I also wanted to include some of the conceptual foundations that are useful for following this path, for the benefit of the people who may only be working off of the recordings and not reading my book or blog, and for those of you who simply prefer an auditory presentation over a written one.

If you experience any problems accessing the recordings, or notice problems in their production (e.g. volume too low or too high) please let me know at info@SalkaWind.com. I vet them as well as I can, but this is new territory for me. Thanks.

EPISODES

Episode 1: An Introduction to the Andean Cosmovision. (26:38). A conceptual introduction to the Andean Cosmovision. I recommend listening to this before moving on to the meditations.

Episode 2: Touching Pachamama Meditation. (15:26). This meditation takes 5-10 minutes. It is best done while sitting on the earth, in nature, in some quiet spot. It can also be done, however, while sitting on the floor or on a chair. It is a basic, and beautiful meditation, and a good place to begin to explore the Andean Cosmovision.

Episode 3: Releasing Hucha Meditation (14:13). This meditation takes about 4 minutes. It is best done while sitting on the earth, in nature, in some quiet spot. It can also be done, however, while sitting on the floor or on a chair. It is a very good meditation for getting rid of “hucha”, an Andean term for heavy or chaotic energy.

Episode 4: Love to Pachamama Meditation (9:48). This meditation only takes a couple of minutes, and may be done while sitting down or standing up. As usual with the Andean Meditations, this meditation is best done out in the beauty of nature, but it may also be done indoors. Over time this meditation engenders a beautiful blossoming of our relationship with the Cosmos.

Episode 5: Delving More Deeply into Intent, Ayni, and Salka (48:00). This is one of my favorite meditations for it opens up our relationship with nature in a beautiful way. For this meditation you need to go to a river, stream, or creek, one without industrial pollutants, flowing in its natural river bed. As for the time spent on this meditation, that is us to you. There is a lot to be said for meditating by the river for at least 15 minutes, but 40 minutes or even longer would not go amiss.

Hi everyone. I have previously provided–in this blog and in my book–written instructions on how to do many of the Andean meditations. I have worried, however, that it might be a challenge to go back and forth between the written instructions and the meditation, or to remember all of the steps for some of the […]

["post-2026","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry","post-preview
["GET
