Tuning the Three Centers of Being
As background for this meditation I strongly recommend that–if you haven’t already–you read the posts: Andean Cosmovision: The Basics, Intent, and The Three Energy Centers (Part 1). The Three Centers of Being (Part 2)
If you have yet to read Part 1 on this topic I recommend that you read it first.
